Please read these terms carefully before using our platform. This is a legal agreement between you and 7zzz that defines your rights and responsibilities.

1 General Terms
By accessing or using the 7zzz platform, you are considered to have fully agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our platform.
These terms form a valid agreement between 7zzz and you (the user). They apply to our website, mobile application, and all services we provide.
These terms have been drawn up in Bengali and that version is the legally effective document. In the event of any discrepancy in translation, the Bengali version will take precedence.
1.1 Definitions
- "Platform" refers to the 7zzz website and all associated services.
- "User" refers to any person who has created an account on the platform or is using the services.
- "Account" refers to a personal account registered at 7zzz.
- "Balance" refers to the amount of funds currently held in the account.
- "Bonus Funds" refers to money awarded through promotional offers that can be used under specific conditions.
2 Eligibility & Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years old to open an account and use the services at 7zzz. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating accounts and playing games. We reserve the right to verify age, and if false information is provided, the account will be closed immediately.
2.2 Multiple Accounts Prohibited
Only one account per person is permitted. If a single person is found to have multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses will be forfeited.
2.3 Providing Accurate Information
You must provide complete, truthful, and accurate information at the time of registration. If your information changes at a later date, please contact us.

3 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Do not share this information with any third party.
3.1 User Responsibilities
- Change your password regularly and do not use passwords that are easy to guess.
- If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.
- Transferring or selling your account to anyone else is strictly prohibited.
- Always log out after logging in from a public or shared device.
3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
We may request to verify your identity at any time. Cooperating with this process is mandatory for you. Withdrawal requests may be put on hold if the required documents are not provided.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals
7zzz processes transactions exclusively through Bangladesh's mobile banking services. All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
4.1 Payment Methods
We currently support the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

4.2 Deposit Terms
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. The same limit applies for each payment method.
- Deposits must be made only from your own payment account.
- Depositing from a third-party account is prohibited and any such funds will be forfeited.
4.3 Withdrawal Terms
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
- Withdrawals are generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes.
- Identity verification may be required to process a withdrawal request.
- Withdrawals will not be processed if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
5 Bonuses & Promotions
7zzz offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers for new and existing members. Each bonus comes with specific conditions that must be fulfilled.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% match bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. Two examples are given below:
- If you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,000.
- If you deposit ৳32,000 you will receive a maximum bonus of ৳15,000, making your total balance ৳47,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
To withdraw bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
Example: If you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must complete ৳15,000 (৳1,000 × 15) in bets to withdraw the bonus winnings.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Using bonus funds to follow unusual or low-risk betting strategies in any game may result in the bonus being cancelled.
- A user may not claim the same offer more than once.
- Bonus funds cannot be converted to cash or transferred.
- 7zzz reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
5.4 VIP Program
7zzz runs a four-tier VIP program for regular players. Weekly cashback rates vary — Bronze (up to 0.4%), Silver (up to 0.8%), Gold (up to 1.1%), and Platinum (up to 1.5%). Tier upgrades are determined automatically based on your playing history and activity.
6 Gaming Policy
7zzz believes in a fair play policy. All our games are supplied by licensed technology providers and operated through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
6.1 Game Results
- The results of all games are determined impartially through RNG technology.
- If the result of any game becomes uncertain due to a technical error, 7zzz reserves the right to void that bet and return the bet amount.
- If there is a dispute over the result of any game or bet, 7zzz's decision will be considered final.
6.2 Sports Betting
In the sports betting section, bets can be placed on cricket, football, kabaddi, and various other sports. 7zzz has full authority to accept or reject any bet.
7 Prohibited Activities
If you are found to be involved in any of the activities listed below, your account will be closed immediately and your balance may be forfeited.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- Using a false or fake identity.
- Following unusual betting strategies to exploit the bonus system.
- Using fraudulent payment methods.
- Using the platform for money laundering or for the purpose of cleaning illegal funds.
- Using any software, bots, or automated methods to gain an unfair advantage.
- Attempting unauthorised access to the platform's systems, network, or another user's account.
- Threatening, harassing, or using abusive behaviour toward our staff.
If any prohibited activity is proven, 7zzz reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities.
8 Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 Account Closure by 7zzz
7zzz may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:
- Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
- Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
- Evidence or suspicion of involvement in illegal activity.
- Failure to verify identity or refusal to cooperate with verification.
8.2 Account Closure by the User
You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any valid balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed.
9 Limitation of Liability
7zzz is an entertainment platform. We are not liable in the following situations:
- If a game is disrupted due to internet connection issues.
- If you experience difficulty using the service due to your device or software.
- If an unauthorized third party accesses your account (where this is due to your own negligence).
- If a temporary service interruption occurs due to technical reasons.
7zzz is not liable for any direct or indirect damages beyond the limits permitted by law.
